Snitches Get Stitches
Even A Butched Carcass Can Shine
(MTR414)

Like a blood-engorged death tick buried neck-deep in Seattle's blubbered underbelly, Snitches Get Stitches are a fearsome reminder that the neutering needle of domesticating commodification has not pricked every band. Stripped down to the power of three, SGS are a battle-hardened trio of gutter veterans who've led corpses into war on the scenes of LA, NYC, Miami, and St. Louis before running ram shod over Seattle’s precious taint. Their first release, "I Liked You Better When You Were a Corpse" sent a spiral of confused critics into the unanimous decision that: a) SGS's rock is fucked and b) SGS fucking rocks. Their second release, "Even a Butchered Carcass Can Shine" takes their first release, hangs it from a hook, slits its throat, and carves it for sport. Faster. Meaner. Rottener.
